Kiva Weaving is new to Starwin in 2024, a small enterprise founded by Kuku Yalanji & Palawa woman, Tarna Davis. Made with kindness in far north Queensland.
Meet the Maker: Tarna is a solo mama to two beautiful children and has devoted her adult life to promoting beauty and wellbeing from within, with her home based enterprise Kiva Beauty. In 2023, Tarna's own health and business were impacted with a cancer diagnosis and as part of her healing journey, learnt to weave. This traditional art is giving Tarna mindful time to recover and we welcome you to support her and her family with a purchase from Kiva Weaving - art you can wear!
